Survivor of the Nest: Win with 50%+ enrage (Elite, 4 pts)

No Escape: Kill Araxxor before she changes phases (Elite, 4 pts)

Poison Master: Beat Araxxor without taking venom damage (Master, 5 pts)

The Apex Predator: Defeat her at 100% enrage (Grandmaster, 6 pts)

A purely cosmetic upgrade for the Amulet of Rancour, offering a visual variant while keeping stats the same.

How to Unlock:

1. Obtain the Amulet of Rancour (Torture + Araxyte Fang, 86 Crafting)

2. Enter the Morytania Spider Cave

3. Defeat an Araxyte

4. Speak to Vefari while wearing an Araxyte Slayer Helm

5. Transform the amulet → Amulet of Rancour (s)
